Arturo is survived by his wife Maria Olga Dominguez, a son Arturo Armando Garcia Dominguez, a daughter Maria Olga Garcia Dominguez, one brother Tomas Garcia and two sisters Margarita Garcia and Maria De Soccorro Garcia, and three grandchildren.
Visitation is Thursday, October 10, 2019 from 1 pm until 7 pm and Friday, October 11, 2019 from 3 pm until 7 pm at McKillip Memorial Funeral Home, Kinsley.
Funeral Mass is at 10am on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at St. Bernard's Catholic Church in Belpre, KS. Burial will follow in Farmington Cemetery, Macksville, KS.
