David Wayne Gugins, 60, passed away at his home in Lewis, KS. on April 11, 2021. He was born July 4, 1960, in Oswego, KS. the son of Earl and Donna (Bryant) Gugins.
He loved his family, life, Christ and Native American roots. His passion was helping people, driving truck and working on radiators.
He is survived by his wife Robin of the home, two sons; Dallas and David, his mother Donna, a brother Stuart Fish and three sisters; Betty Haney, Janet Jackson, and Karen Weiser.
His memorial service was held on April 16, 2021, at the Lewis Christian Church, Lewis, KS.
