Daughter of Joseph A. Dixon and Edna Barbara (Voorhees) Dixon, was born on September 22, 1942, in Emporia, KS. She died May 13, 2016 at Edwards County Hospital in Kinsley, KS. The wife of Bill Ramsay and mother of 3 sons; James Diehl and wife Amanda with granddaughter Sara of Chandler, AZ., William Diehl and wife Lisa of Larned, KS., and Greg Diehl and wife Kim and granddaughter Taylor of Kalispell, MT., Step-mother to Lance Ramsay and wife Liz and granddaughter Mallory of Cummings, GA., and Debi Lesperance and husband Ted of Pratt, KS., 7 grandchildren; Brett, Bree, Bridget, Brenan, Braeden, Jammie, and Myhia, and 8 great grandchildren. She was sister to Debbie Dixon Cade and husband Geary of Las Vegas, NV., and nephews Corey Sanders and Jonathan Nelson and great niece Trinity Nelson.
She was preceded in death by her parents and on great grandchild.
