Joellen "Jo" (Main) Rhorer

Rhorer, Joellen “Jo”, Age 64, Via Christi hospital IT specialist, passed away Wednesday, April 5, 2017. A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, April 10, 2017 at the University Congregational Church, 9209 E. 29th St. N. with the family greeting friends for the hour before the service. Preceded in death by her father, Jimmie Main; brother & sister-in-law, Bradley & Barbara Main; brother-in-law, Terry Rooker. Survivors include her husband, Kyle of the home; son, Nicholas (Melanie) Rhorer of Derby; daughter, Amanda (Richard) Shield; mother, Joan Main; brother, Stephen (Betsy) Main; sister, Denise Rooker; 1 grandson, Wyatt all of Wichita, KS; and many loving nieces, nephews and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established with Amedisys Hospice, 250 W. Douglas, #101, Wichita, KS 67202 and Midian Shrine Plane of Mercy Fund, 130 N. Topeka, Wichita, KS 67202.
