Joseph R. Belcher

Joseph R. Belcher, 80, died Monday, April 30, 2018 at Hays Medical Center, Hays, KS.  Joseph was born on August 15, 1937 near Fellsburg, KS. the son of Curtis and Lola (Campbell) Belcher.  Joe worked for the Co-op for many years and also the State Highway Dept.  On February 2, 1957 Joseph married Glenna Boese in Kinsley, KS. she survives.  Other survivors include a son Mickey Belcher of Offerle, KS. and a daughter Kathy Bailey of Dodge City, KS. and one sister Virginia Best of Larned, KS. two grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents, one son Robin, two brothers and 4 sisters and one grandson Kevin Bailey.  Visitation will be Friday and Saturday from 9 am until 7 pm at McKillip Memorial Funeral Home, Kinsley.  A graveside inurnment will be on Monday, May 7, 2018, at Hillside Cemetery in Kinsley with Pastor Aaron Kirkwood presiding.  Memorial may be given to the Edwards County Healthcare Foundation in care of the funeral home.
