Rebecca G. "Becca" (Dibbens) Menard

Rebecca G. “Becca” Menard, 62, died March 3, 2022 at Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice in Wichita, KS. She was born on June 30, 1959 the daughter of Duane and Lorraine (Dishman) Dibbens in Wichita, KS.

Becca married Richard “Rick” Menard on May 16, 1981, in Kinsley, KS. he preceded her in death.

She was the Utility Clerk for the City of Kinsley since June 1, 1998. Becca and her husband Rick purchased the Liquor Lobby in 2006. Becca also worked in the dietary department at the hospital and also at the Kinsley Bank.

She was a member of the St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Kinsley, the Daughters of Isabella, Womens Auxiliary, Xi Zeta Omega of Beta Sigma Phi, she was a Girl Scout Leader, volunteered to work the movie theater, she had many other interests that she pursued as well.

Survivors include: two sisters Diane Berg and Debby Fairchilds, two brothers Mike Dibbens and Mark Dibbens and his wife Kathy. Other family includes Cathy Woolard, Debbie and Randy Stefek, Luanne and Steve Menard, Terry Menard, Mary and Gerard Menard, and a host of nieces and nephews and friends.

Rosary will be Monday, March 7 at 7 p.m. the Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, March 8, at 10:30 a.m. both at St. Nicholas Catholic Church with burial to follow in St. Nicholas Catholic Cemetery, Kinsley. Memorials may be given to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice or to St. Nicholas in care of McKillip Memorial Funeral Home, Kinsley.
